Acupuncture Doctors at ACM Health CenterFormed in 1979 by a group of highly educated Chinese medical experts and acupuncture doctors from the same family, ACM HEALTH CENTER is one of the most successful Chinese medical clinic chains in Northern California. All our doctors are trained in China’s and United States’ most prestige medical universities for both Western and Eastern disciplines and with years of experience in teaching, research and clinical practice. From a famous medical family in southern China, Dr. DaRen Chen, is the medical director of the Fremont Clinic. He graduated from Peking (Beijing) University School of Medicine in 1959 with high honors and has been practicing medicine for fifty years with extensive experience in pain management. His wife, Dr. Sue Y. Lin, also a Peking University medical school graduate, is a seasoned medical practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience in both Chinese and Western medicines. She is in charge of the San Mateo Office. Dr. Edwin Chen, the elder son of DaRen and Sue, a valedictorian of Palmer College and the holder of both Chiropractic and Acupuncture licenses, is the head of the Clinic’s Oriental Traumatology Department. Edwin’s wife, Dr. Jessica Min, a graduate of Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine, is especially knowledgeable in herbalogy. Dr. Ian Y. H. Lin, the younger son of DaRen and Sue, is an honor graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, he is a Board Certified internist. Dr. Ian Lin is also a specialist of Medical Acupuncture. He is in charge of Integrate Medicine Department..
Dr. DaRen Chen, L.Ac., O.M.D., Q.M.E.
Dr. DaRen Chen, medical director of the Fremont Clinic, was born in a traditional medical family with both of his parents as medical doctors. He graduated from Peking (Beijing) University School of Medicine in 1959 with high honors and has been practicing medicine for more than 45 years with extensive experience in pain management.
